Good day!
I am engaged in development of hardware-DVB scrambling. Currently I am interested in the possibility of acquiring IP Core for Altera which allows you to decode MPEG-4(video, audio) and then the flow encode to MPEG2(video, sound). The input stream is MPEG-4(video, audio) - 3 Mbit/s, the output MPEG-2 stream(video, audio) - 3-4 Mbit/s. Required 1 the Altera chip to implement transcoding from 1 to 6 streams MPEG-4 to MPEG-2.
